Ana has a twenty year background as an RN, practicing mainly in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been a resident of Taos since 1992 and graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe in 1995. Her healing gift lies in seeing each client in their natural state of wholeness and facilitating the reawakening to source.

Acupuncture is just one tool in an ever-expanding “bag of tricks” Ana draws from in her practice. Her overall wellness counseling includes herbal, nutritional and lifestyle change support with an underlying emphasis on body-mind and spirit reconnection.

Ana says, “We are all energy beings, spirits having human experiences. Our earthly task is to come into present moment awareness, wherein lies true spiritual power. In the present moment is the grace and presence of Spirit and the endless outpouring of healing and inner peace. I am simply a mirror, a flip-switch, a channel for my clients to tap into their own inner wisdom. There are 6 billion souls on this planet and 6 billion paths returning to God. My vision is to help as many as possible along the way.”

Acupuncture is the ancient Oriental healing art of rebalancing the body-mind-spirit.disease is the result of an energy imbalance. When the body-mind-spirit is blocked, stagnant, deficient or overactive, one's natural ability to heal is compromised.

By balancing and regulating the energy circuits through the use of very fine needles and other natural techniques, health is restored.
