Chinese police are reported to be going from door to door in the capital Llhasa, hunting Tibetans involved in the most serious uprising against Chinese rule for nearly 20 years.
Tibet's self declared government in exile says 80 people have been killed. Protests appear to be spreading outside Tibet as latest reports from Sichuan in south west China say 3 protesters have been shot dead there.
