Barack Obama Wins Big in South Carolina Video |

 South Carolina Win! On the back of large support from the state's black voters Barack Obama has defeated former first lady Hillary Clinton convincingly in the Democratic presidential primary in South Carolina. Kimberly Halkett reports in this video (9min 47sec). So far, Hillary Clinton has won by the smallest margins. Barack Obama has won by huge majorities.
Big voter turnout in South Carolina has given Barack Obama fresh impetus in his bid for the White House. Obama seized an overwhelming victory in the Democratic primary where Black voters gave him a much needed campaign boost over Hillary Clinton.
Kimberly Halkett: "Well it certainly was a big wim for Barack Obama. He has been looking for this after back-to-back losses both in the US state of New Hampshire as well as the western state of Nevada. (He) really felt that they needed this victory in South Carolina if he was to continue some momentum moving on to what's called 'Super Tuesday'. That's when twenty two US states are holding primaries or caucuses..."
