Soccer's governing body, FIFA, has instituted a ban on international matches played above 8,200 feet. Countries affected by the ban are crying foul and met Wednesday in La Paz, Bolivia, to discuss an attempt to overturn it. U.S. player Alexi Lalas talks to Alex Chadwick.
