Kim Strother's Progressive Workout Video (2min 22sec) - Kim demonstrates squats, lunges, and push ups at three different levels of intensity in order to make trying any of them a relatively easy proposition.

"Today I'm going to show you three different exercises with three progressions. So whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced, you can do all three. The first exercise I'm going to show you is the squat.

So, if you're just starting out squatting, the best way to do it is with a ball. And you want to rest it right in the curve in your lower back. So, you're just going to squat like you're sitting in a chair - all the way down to about ninety-degrees - and come right back up..."
