Richard Dovey, president, Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) explains the benefits of incorporating wind generation into their water treatment plant. "Wind and solar and other renewables can be a significantly larger portion that they are now, two to three percent now maybe, where it is today in some states, and that's pretty aggressive. It can go up to twenty percent. There were two major concerns that we had, and the regulating community had and the environmental community had about development of this wind farm."
