 Julia and Twins Taos' own Julia Roberts gave birth to her third child, a boy named
Henry Daniel Moder, born Monday June 18, 2007 in Los Angeles. Marcy Engelman,
Roberts' publicist, said he weighed 8 1/2 pounds. In a statement
Engelman said "All of the Moders are doing great." Roberts,
39, and her husband, 38-year-old cinematographer Danny Moder, have
2-year-old twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus. The couple were married in July
2002 at Roberts' home in Taos, New Mexico. |

 New Mexico Food New Mexico Food By Max Bellamy. Although several New Mexican dishes are quite similar to Mexican and Tex-Mex offerings such as enchiladas and burritos, New Mexican food is actually very different. The most important difference is the particular variety of chili pepper used. New Mexican chili comes in several different varieties and is usually referred to as "green chili" or "red chili" depending on the stage of ripeness in which it was picked. The green chili is chopped and thickened with a bit of flour to make a sauce, and the red chili pods are ground and simmered with water to make the fiery red chili sauce. |
