Ruth on Comanche Basic Necessities for Safe, Enjoyable Trail Riding By Ruth Bourgeois
Trail riding offers us the opportunity to see the world in a unique way, to enjoy the outdoors while enjoying the greatest sport on earth – horseback riding. Not only is it good for people to get out, see beautiful scenery, it is also great for the horse to have a change of pace. Of all the equestrian activities, trail riding is probably what most horses would choose to do if they were allowed to make a choice on what work they do. Most horses seem to enjoy going down the trail. |

Panic Attacks Tips For Panic Attacks - What To Do and Why By Anne Girder
What exactly is a panic attack, and more importantly how do you know you are having one? Normal anxiety is a feeling we all experience many times during our lives, especially when we find ourselves in a tense situation, for example when sitting a major exam, delivering a speech to a room full of strangers, getting married, or simply going on a blind date. John Grubesic Statement by Senator John Grubesic on Action to Stop Debate
of NM Impeachment Resolution
This is a statement just released by Senator John Grubesic (D-Santa Fe), who was one of the sponsors of SJR 5, the impeachment
resolution that was killed without debate this afternoon. He's one of
the patriots in our NM Democratic caucus and in today's America, along
with co-sponsor Gerald Ortiz y Pino, all the other Democratic Senators
who voted for the resolution as it was passed through three committees
and all the ordinary citizens who worked so hard on this effort. I hope
future generations will know that there were many who dedicated
themselves to stopping the madness of the Bush era, whether we are
ultimately successful or not. Not everyone clung to business as usual,
in the worst possible sense. |

In most cases, once a person gets a body piercing, they follow the first one with more. There are lots of considerations; however, for making sure that your body piercing is done safely so that you don’t end up with either an infection or a poorly done piercing that could leave an unsightly scar.
It ain’t ear piercing, honey…
The procedure for a good body piercing isn’t the same is for getting your earlobes pierced. Most earlobe piercings that you see done in a mall or jewelry store involve using a piercing gun that quickly shoots the actual earring post through the earlobe. This may be fine for an area of the body that has soft tissue and is easily pierced, but it isn’t a good idea for other parts of the body for a few reasons. |
