Miscalculation?
Miscalculation?
Video (3min 45sec): The Geopolitics of Georgia Part Three - Russia-Asia cooperation a nightmare for US hawks. Russia and Georgia swapped accusations today presenting a huge challenge to the EU sponsored ceasefire agreement designed to end seven days of fighting. "The accord had envisioned Georgian forces returning to their original positions. These conditions have yet to be met."

F. William Engdahl: "We're playing with World War Three by miscalculation in this whole attempt to allow Georgia into NATO and Ukraine into NATO. The US could stop this whole thing, I think, in 24 hours if the president would announce that it was dropping the request to admit Georgia and Ukraine into NATO and was dropping its attempt to build missile defense in Poland, Ukraineh, and on the borders of Russia that would allow it a nuclear 'first-strike' ability.

"There's a big difference between the European media coverage and US media such as CNN or the New York Times. European media coverage is much more accurate as to the sequence of events that Sakashvilli and the Georgian military initiated this. They has Israeli and American special forces advising and co-mingled with Georgian forces in doing this..."

Nuclear War?
Nuclear War?
Video (4min 5sec): The Geopolitics of Georgia Part 2 of 3 - Nuclear war by miscalculation. "President Bush announced that US troops will provide humanitarian aid to Georgia. Meanwhile the war of words continued.

F. William Engdahl: "What Washington is playing with here is nuclear war by miscalculation thinking that theycan outflank the Russians psychologically and militarily. I think this was a clear signal from the Russian government that they have drawn a line in the sand in Georgia that they're not going to allow this kind of military adventurism from Georgia to take these areas back - South Ossitia and Akazia, both of which fought a war to be independent of Georgia in the early 90s.

"This region, including Georgia, has been essentially a part of the Russian empire for 200 years. But Georgia is independent and has been since the early 90s. Russia's not demanding that Georgia become a part of greater Russia, but what it's demanding is that Georgia stay neutral visa-vis NATO..."

Georgia, too?
Georgia, too?
Video (3min 9sec): The Geopolitics of Georgia Part 1 of 3. F William Engdahl: There are far bigger stakes being played out in Georgia than a territorial dispute.

"Russian president, Dmitri Medvedev, that Russian forces had stopped their military progression in Georgia. This follows a five day battle ignited by Georgia's military offensive to regain control over it's separatist province of South Ossitia which has close ties to Russia. But according to F. William Engdahl what lies behind this territorial dispute is not as straightforward as it seems.

"This is probably the most unstable area on the planet right now because the United States, the Bush Administration has been urgently trying to get Georgia, the Republic of Georgia, into NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). They're trying again at the December NATO meeting, along with Ukraine. And Russia has made it abundantly clear that that would be a 'national security threat' to the sovereignty of Russia of the first degree, and the trigger for God knows what...

Video: Nancy Pelosi: Speaker of the House of Bush PDF Print E-mail

Nancy Pelosi & George W. Bush
Nancy & George
Video (3min 47sec): Nancy Pelosi: Speaker of the House of Bush. It's pretty clear whose side this complete fraud of a Speaker is really on. She continues to lie not only about having seen no evidence of Bush crimes, but also about Congress having to pass a law to get us out of Iraq. She is also blatantly lying when she denies that she is in violation of her oath of office. Let's save a seat for her right next to Bush at the Hague.

"...If the stakes were not so incredibly serious, it would be laughable for Pelosi to claim to not have any evidence to Bush crime, especially after Dennis Kucinich spent nearly 5 hours in June reading 35 fully documented Articles of Impeachment into the record on the floor of The House of Representatives that Nancy Pelosi controls as Speaker..."

Video (6min 17sec): Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reports that Wal-Mart is A Political Bully. Now Wal-Mart is telling employees to vote for McCain because Obama will let in the Unions (into Wal-Mart). For years, Wal-Mart has been plagued by bad press. Now it has to fend off a Wall Street Journal report that it's been politically bullying its employees. ANP headed over to a Wal-Mart in Virginia to ask shoppers what they think.

"The Wall Street Journal earlier this month reported that managers are being asked at staff meeting to encourage their associates and lower level employees to vote for the Republican party, claiming that a victory for the Democrats will put the company in financial jeopardy due to the mandatory labor laws that will be enforced by the Democratic victor.

"Wal-Mart claims that high union dues will force the company to cut back on new staff hires and overall wikk make the current employees suffer greater financial ailments..., and increased costs for the consumer. The centerpiece of political discussions between Wal-Mart manages and their employees is The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA)..."
