Heavy rains collapsed County Roads B006 and B007 near the John Dunn Bridge Sunday evening (Aug. 26).
County Road Superintendent Mike Trujillo said road crews used a grader to bring five stranded vehicles through the roadway after the roads collapsed about 7:30 p.m.
No one was injured, he said.

Crews from Kit Carson Electric Cooperative were working to restore power in El Prado Saturday (Aug. 25) morning after an underground power line failed.
