Lebanon is hours away from being without a president, after Lebanon's parliament failed to elect a successor to pro-Syrian President Emile Lahoud. Lahoud's term expires at midnight. Speaker Nabih Berri said the session was postponed until Nov. 30 to give more time to reach a consensus.
