The Beatles '64 Video (7min 38sec): The Beatles Performing "Kansas City", "I'm a Loser" and "Boys" on the TV show Shindig October 3, 1964.
"I'm A Loser" by John Lennon and Paul McCartney
I'm a loser
I'm a loser
And I'm not what I appear to be
Of all the love I have won or have lost
There is one love I should never have crossed
She was a girl in a million, my friend
I should have known she would win in the end |

Who're You Voting For? Comedy Video: The Dark Knight and Ron Paul. Rusty Ward asks Batman, The Joker and Catwoman who they're voting for at Comicon in San Diego.
This is a rather wacky video taken at the 2008 convention. In 2007, 125,000 attendees, professionals, and exhibitors came to San Diego for Comic-Con.
For the first time ever, Comic-Con sold out of four-day memberships, and single day memberships for all four days! And now, they've done it again! The San Diego Comic-Con is more popular than ever.
It's amazing how many of these freaks said they were voting for McCain, but actually maybe it's not so amazing. |

Steve Earle This insightful video has a Steve Earle Interview & Highlights of his performance at the 2008 Taos Solar Music Festival.
Steve Earle: "One thing that breaks my heart is we have sort of reached this level of this thing that we like to call 'pragmatism' and beginning to pragmatism with an absolute lack of faith in human beings... And a lot's gonna have to change. We're reaching the point where it's gonna have to change. It's not 'next week', ya know."
"The US is no longer gonna be the most powerful nation in the world in my children's lifetime, even in my lifetime. I knew it was gonna happen, but it's happening even faster than I thought. Global warming is for real. Man you can sit around and argue about that's causing it. I think that the fact that the people that were directly causing, contributing the most to its happening - in other words the people that had a stake in us continuing to do the things exactly the same way we were doin' - I think it's really interesting that for years they denied that it even happened. Now they've dropped back to a position of: 'yeah, it's happening, but it's not our fault.' So that makes me suspicious when they say 'it's not our fault'. They protested too much..." |
